A refined take on steakhouse classics, inspired by New Orleans tradition.
Chef Mattia has built his career as Chef and Managing Partner at Pyre BBQ in Mandeville, Executive Chef at the Royal Sonesta, and Assistant Executive Chef at the Hyatt Regency Hotels in New Orleans. He has earned the AAA Mobile Diamond Award at Mohegan Sun and CraftSteak, and served as a Café Hope Board Member. We are excited to welcome his award-winning background to NOLA Steak, Asia, Bayou Market Express, and The Sportsbook restaurants. Trained in the Marine Corps before attending Johnson and Wales University, Mattia has worked in both the gaming industry and with several celebrity chef operations across the country. His experience brings an exciting, fresh vision to guide the culinary strategy, farm-to-table development, and a new rustic, locally grown focus to Boomtown New Orleans.
